 "XXXXX" PATTERN FOLLOWING THE FENCE LINE. THE FENCE MAY
 NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN 20 FEET OF THE CORNER OF 57TH AND
 SPRUCE DUE TO VISIBILITY TRIANGLE REQUIREMENTS AT THAT
 INTERSECTION.
  
 2. THE FENCE MAY NOT EXCEED FOUR FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN
 THE FRONT SETBACK. THE FRONT SETBACK IS THE FIRST 25
 FEET IF PROPERTY SOUTH OF YOUR 57TH STREET PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 3. THE GATE MUST NOT EXTEND OVER THE SIDEWALK WHEN IT
 IS OPENED. IT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED SO THAT IT
 OPENS INTO THE PROPERTY.
