 A REQUIRED SETBACK - FIVE (5) FOOT NORTH SETBACK,
 TWENTY-FIVE (25) FOOT EAST SETBACK REQUIRED. IT APPEARS
 THAT THESE ARE MET, BUT THEY NEED TO BE SHOWN.
  
 2) AERIAL INDICATES THERE IS A STRUCTURE ADJACENT
 (NORTH) OF PROPOSED TRELLIS. PROVIDE PHOTOS TO SHOW
 THIS AREA. IF THERE ARE STRUCTURES NOT SHOWN ON THE
 SURVEY, THEN AN UPDATED SURVEY IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE PAVER WALK DIMENSIONS ON THE SURVEY.
