 ZONES 2 AND 3, LAP ROW WAS NOT SPECIFIED. IS IT THE
 INTENT TO HAVE THE LAP ROWS AT 9" OR 12"? WITHOUT THIS
 INFORMATION, COMPLIANCE WITH RAS117 CANNOT BE
 DETERMINED.
  
 4. SEE RAS117, SPACING IS TO BE ROUNDED DOWN TO THE
 NEAREST INCH.
