 TO THE EAST AND WEST PROPERTY LINES IS REQUIRED ON THE
 PLANS. THIS SETBACK SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE EXTERIOR
 OF THE POSTS AND THE FURTHEST POINT OF THE OVERHANG.
 NOTE: THE OVERHANG MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 3 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
