 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF THE SITE
 PLAN, SHOWING ALL DIMENSIONS. DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR THE REQUIRED CURBING.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK,
 DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR
 COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. A FOUR-SIDED
 ENCLOSURE WITH VISION OBSCURING GATES IS REQUIRED.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G)
 (3) (II), IN ALL AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A
 CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES
 THE ADJACENT RIGHTS-OF-WAY, UNLESS IRRIGATION IS IN
 PLACE AND OPERATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY. IN
 ADDITION, THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY ARE REQUIRED TO BE SODDED
 IF ACCEPTABLE SOD IS NOT ALREADY IN PLACE. A NOTE WAS
 ADDED TO THE PLAN CONCERNING THE 120% COVERAGE BUT IT
 DID NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: REQUIRED LANDSCAPE STRIPS AND
 ISLANDS MUST BE FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING THE
 REQUIRED CURBING. THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ADJACENT TO DIXIE
 HIGHWAY WILL NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT AFTER THE
 REQUIRED CURB IS ADDED.
  
 6. THE EXISTING STREET TREES ALONG LAKEWOOD ROAD ARE
 SHOWN IN THE SIDEWALK AREA.
  
 7. THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE LANDSCAPE AND
 SITE PLAN REGARDING THE CUT-OUT OF ASPHALT ADJACENT TO
 THE DUMSPTER TO ALLOW A HEDGE TO BE PLANTED.
  
 8. STAFF WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO PROVIDE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS TO PROTECT THE PARKED CARS IN THE LOT
 FROM VEHICLES DRIVING THROUGH.
  
 9. IF A LANDSCAPE NODE IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG DIXIE
 HIGHWAY IS BEING RELOCATED, PLEASE SHOW THE LANDSCAPING
 AND IRRIGATION THAT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED. IT
 SHOULD BE CONSISTENT WITH OTHER STREET PLANTINGS ALONG
 DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 10. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT &
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF AN IRRIGATION PLAN.

 IS THE OPEN SPACE. PLEASE PROVIDE REVISED CALCULATIONS
 THAT SHOW HOW YOU ARRIVED AT THE OPEN SPACE FOR WHICH
 THE OTHER LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS ARE BASED.
 BOUGAINVILLEA CANNOT BE COUNTED AS FLOWERING TREES.
