 TOO LOW. THE VALUE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO $29,385, WHICH
 IS THE CALCULATED VALUE USING THE LATEST ICC BUILDING
 VALUATION DATA PER CITY ORDINANCE. ADDITIONAL PERMIT
 FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ADDITION AS REQUIRED BY FBC 13-101.2.2 AND 13-600.
  
 4) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 EXTERIOR DOORS, WINDOWS, ROOF SHINGLES, HURRICANE

 5) SPECIFY THE WINDOW TYPE AND SIZES ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R320 FOR TERMITE
 PROTECTION.
  
 7) FBC R313.2.1 REQUIRES THE DWELLING UNIT TO BE
 EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS AS REQUIRED FOR NEW
 DWELLINGS. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 8) FBC 313.4 REQUIRES CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS WITHIN 10
 FEET OF EACH ROOM USED FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE MATERIAL THAT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE

 BE FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EXISTING HOUSE AND
 THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THERE SHALL BE A TOTAL OF 15 FEET OF SIDE
 SETBACK WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET TO THE CLOSEST SIDE.
  
 3) NOTE: THE OVERHANG DIMENSION FOR ZONING PURPOSES IS
 TO THE FURTHEST PROJECTION OF THE OVERHANG. THE ACTUAL
 OVERHANG SCALES AT 2 FEET 4 INCHES.
