 5) FBC 703.6.2 AND ASTM C 1063 REQUIRE A FOUNDATION
 WEEP SCREED TO BE INSTALLED AT THE BOTTOM OF ALL FRAMED
 EXTERIOR WALLS, BELOW THE FLOOR LINE, WHERE THE WALL IS
 SUPPORTED BY A FLOOR OR FOUNDATION.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R704 WHICH REQUIRES A 6
 INCH CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND
 FINAL EARTH GRADE.
  
 7) WALL SWITCHED LIGHTING OUTLETS ARE REQUIRED IN THE
 STORAGE ROOM AND AT THE EXTERIOR DOOR IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE 2008 NEC ARTICLE 210.70.
