 PROPERTY, EXEMPTION (7)(B) .
 THE CITY HAS IN THE PAST NEVER ALLOWED OWNER/ BUILDERS
 IN CONDOMINIUMS. THE LANGUAGE OF THIS SEGMENT INDICATES
 THE OWNER OF A BUILDING CAN IMPROVE THE PROPERTY, NOT
 FOR LEASE, MEANING FOR THEIR OWN USE. ALTHOUGH EACH
 CONDO HAS A SEPARATE PCN NUMBER IT IS NOT CONSIDERED
 SEPARATE BUILDINGS. EVEN THE STATE LICENSED CONTRACTORS
 HAVE THREE CATEGORIES OF LICENSURE, CERTIFIED GENERAL
 CONTRACTOR, CERTIFIED BUILDING CONTRACTOR & CERTIFIED
 RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR. IN THE EVENT OF WORKING ON HIGH
 RISE BUILDINGS THE CERTIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTOR CAN
 WORK ON ALL PHASES. THE CERTIFIED BUILDING CONTRACTOR
 CAN ONLY WORK WITHIN THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT, NOT
 PENETRATING STRUCTURAL NOR FIRE RATED PARTITIONS. THE
 RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR CAN DO NO WORK WITHIN A
 HIGH-RISE STRUCTURE.
  
 PLANS APPEAR TO BE CODE COMPLIANT, ONCE LICENSURE OF
 CONTRACTOR IS VERIFIED, THE BUILDING REVIEW CAN BE
 PASSED.
  
 NOTE THIS IS A CHANGE IN USE, (OCCUPANCY) REQUIRING
 REVIEW BY PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT.
