 1) PARTIAL REPEAT COMMENT: THE LIGHT POSTS SHALL NOT
 CONFLICT WITH TREES. THE LOCATION AND ORIENTATION OF
 THE PROPOSED LIGHT POSTS CONFLICTS WITH THE THE LONG
 TERM GROWTH OF THE EXISTING OAK TREES. THE LIGHT POSTS
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 15 FEET FROM THE TREES.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ADDITION OF THE LIGHT POLE BASES
 MAY NOT REDUCE THE LANDSCAPE BELOW 15%. THIS
 CALCULATION SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. NO
 INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED TO VERIFY THAT THERE WILL BE
 NO REDUCTION IN LANDSCAPE AREA, BUT THE LACK OF
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE INDICATES THAT THE SITE CONTAINS
 LESS THAN 15% LANDSCAPE.
  
 3) SUGGESTION: COMMENTS 1 & 2 ABOVE WOULD NOT APPLY IF
 THE NEW LIGHT POSTS WERE INSTALLED WITHIN THE ASPHALT
 OF THE PARKING ROW TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE PROPOSED
 LOCATIONS. THE POSTS COULD BE INSTALLED IN THE CORNER

 RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING TREES. THE LIGHT POSTS SHALL
 NOT CONFLICT WITH TREES. NOTE: IT APPEARS FROM THE
 AERIAL OF THE SITE THAT A NUMBER OF TERMINAL AND
 INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE MISSING TREES. THESE
 TREES SHALL BE REPLACED AND THE LIGHT POLES MAY NOT
 CONFLICT WITH THEM.
  
 4) THE ADDITION OF THE LIGHT POLE BASES MAY NOT REDUCE
 THE LANDSCAPE BELOW 15%. THIS CALCULATION SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
