 1. IRRIGATION, FENCING, PAVING AND LANDSCAPING REQUIRE
 SEPARATE PERMITS. FOR THE IRRIGATION PERMIT, PLEASE
 SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITH TWO (2) SETS OF PLANS
 SHOWING THE SYSTEM LAYOUT. FOR THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE APPLICATION WITH TWO COPIES OF THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES
 THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR,
 BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2. SOD AND IRRIGATION IS REQUIRED IN THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY
 BETWEEN THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE PAVED ROAD. A NOTE
 APPEARS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN BUT NO IRRIGATION IS
 SHOWN IN THESE AREAS ON THE IRRIGATION PLAN.
  
 3. THE XERISCAPE CHART WAS INCLUDED BUT THE POINTS WERE
 NOT SHOWN. PLEASE SHOW HOW YOU HAVE MET THE XERISCAPE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED WHEN ANY TREES
 ARE BEING REMOVED. THE APPLICATION CAN BE OBTAINED AT
