 1. THE STRUCTURAL PLANS CONFLICT WITH THE PLANS
 RESUBMITTED FOR ZONING. FOR INSTANCE, SEE THE ENTRY
 PORTAL. GRAPHICS REMOVED FROM SHEET 15 OF 19, CUMMINGS
 SIGNS, ARE STILL INCLUDED ON PROJECT 0910064 PREPARED
 BY GLENN TISDALE, PE. THIS MAY APPLY TO OTHER SIGNS;
 THIS IS ONE EXAMPLE.
  
 2. TWO DIFFERENT SETS OF PLANS WERE SUBMITTED. IT
 APPEARS THAT ZONING HAS REVIEWED THE ARCHITECTURAL
 DRAWINGS PREPARED BY CUMMINGS SIGNS, AND THE STRUCTURAL
 DRAWINGS PREPARED BY GLENN TISDALE, PE WERE REVIEWED BY
 ME, BUT THE DRAWINGS ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH EACH
 OTHER. FOR INSTANCE, MANY OF THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS
 STATE THAT THE WIND LOAD WAS DESIGNED FOR 110MPH, BUT
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH IS ENTIRELY IN THE 140MPH
 ZONE. STRUCTURAL INFORMATION IS INCLUDED ON THE
 ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS. PRIOR TO RESUBMITTAL, PLEASE
 CONFIRM THAT ANY STRUCTURAL INFORMATION ON THE CUMMINGS
 SIGN IS EITHER CONSISTENT WITH THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS
 OR REMOVED. ALSO, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT ANY ARCHITECTURAL
 INFORMATION INCLUDED ON THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS (SUCH AS
 GRAPHICS) IS EITHER CONSISTENT WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL
 SHEETS OR REMOVED.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE, COLLATED SETS OF PLANS
 FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE. PLEASE REMOVE UNNECESSARY SHEETS
 (3 SETS OF SOME ITEMS WERE SUBMITTED, 2 SETS OF OTHER
 SHEETS). THIS WILL HELP EXPEDITE THE PERMIT ISSUANCE.

 FOR THIS USE AS IS THE BELL LOGO ON THE CLEARANCE BAR.
  
 3. ON SHEET 17, THE INCLUSION OF THE BELL LOGO ON THE
 DIRECTIONAL SIGNS IS NOT PERMITTED PER SEC. 94-407(5)
 OF THE ZONING CODE. NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM SIZE IS 4
