 1. IRRIGATION MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
  
 2. WEDELIA IS A PROHIBITED SPECIES AND CANNOT BE
 PLANTED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. SOD MUST BE PLANTED IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY UNLESS YOU OBTAIN WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM
 THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO USE SHRUBS OR GROUND
 COVER. MULCH IS NOT A SUITABLE GROUND COVER.
  
 4. OPEN SPACE IS CALCULATED BY TAKING THE TOTAL LOT
 AREA AND DEDUCTING THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT. THE
 DIFFERENCE IS THE OPEN SPACE FOR WHICH THE LANDSCAPE
 CALCUATIONS ARE BASED UPON. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL
 LOT AREA AND THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE STRUCTURES.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY) THAT ARE TO BE
 PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION SYTEMS
 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE.

 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
