 1. DUMPSTER CAN NOT REMAIN WHERE IT IS, IT BLOCKS THE
 VIEW OF VEHICLES LEAVING THE PARKING AREAS.
 2. DETAIL SUPPLIED BY ZONING MUST BE USED.
 3. SITE LINE DETAILS AS OUTLINED IN THE DETAIL
 AATTCAHED SHOWS THE CLEAR VIEW AREA REQUIRED. THESE
 SITE LINES INCLUDE THE ENCLOSURE, THE LANDSCAPING
 AROUND THE ENCLOSURE, THE GATES (WHEN OPEN).
 4. NO GLOVES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONCRETE SLAB, IT MUST
 BE A SMOOTH FLAT SURFACE, A MINIMUM OF 12.5' WIDE AND
 13.5' DEEP (INTERIOR DEMENSIONS).
 5. THE ANGLE OF THE ENCLOSURE MUST BE SET UP SO A TRUCK
 CAN DRIVE STRAIGHT INTO IT, NO MANUAL LABOR IS TO BE
 USED TO MOVE THE DUMPSTER TO THE PICK-UP LOACATION.
 6. LOOKING AT THE SURVEY I WOULD THINK THAT THE AREA
 MARKED AS "CONCRETE WASH" WAS WHERE THE DUMSPTER WAS
 LOCATED. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT IT BE MOVED BACK TO THIS
 LOCATION.

 PER SECTION 94-513(B)(1)(A) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE EXISTING UNSCREENED
 DUMPSTER AREA IS A SITE IMPROVEMENT NONCONFORMITY. AS
 SUCH, IT MAY ONLY BE ALTERED OR REPAIRED IN A WAY WHICH
 REDUCED THE IMPACT OF THE NONCONFORMITY UPON ADJACENT
 PROPERTY.
  
 THIS REDUCTION MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY THE CONSTRUCTION
 OF A FOUR (4) SIDED ENCLOSURE, AND ASSOCIATED
 LANDSCAPING, CONSTRUCTED AROUND THE DUMPSTER PAD WHICH
 MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-444-(B), FIGURE
 XIV-3. I HAVE ATTACHED A COPY OF SAID FIGURE TO THE
 HARD COPY OF THESE COMMENTS IN THE PERMIT FILE WHICH
 MAY BE ADAPTED TO FIT THIS PARTICULAR INSTALLATION.
