 1. SEE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUIDLING CODE SECTION 106.1, DOCUMENTS WILL BE
 ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, TO SCALE, SUFFICIENT TO SHOW
 SCOPE AND COMPLIANCE. THIS APPLICATION PROPOSES TO
 INSTALL NEW PARTITION WALLS, COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION,
 WITH NO INFORMATION REGARDING OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION
 FBC CHAPTER 3, BUILDING TYPE FBC CHAPTER 5, LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN FBC CHAPTER 10 (INCLUDING OCCUPANT LOAD),
 ACCESSIBILITY FBC CHAPTER 11. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE
 NEW PROPOSED WALL WILL AFFECT EXITING. PLANS USE SOME
 NON-STANDARD TERMINOLOGY; FOR EXAMPLE, "INSTALL NEW
 SLATWALL ON THESE WALLS" AND "RECEPTICAL IN QUESTION."
 THERE ARE DASHED LINES, SINGLE LINES, AND DOUBLE LINES
 ON THE PLAN BUT NO LEGEND PROVIDED. NO DIMENSIONS WERE
 PROVIDED OTHER THAN DOOR WIDTH. DETAILS SHOULD INCLUDE
 DETAIL NUMBERS WITH CORRELATING DETAIL MARKERS ON THE
 PLAN TO SHOW LOCATION OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. AN
 "EXISTING FLOOR PLAN" AND "PROPOSED NEW FLOOR PLAN" MAY
 BE HELPFUL. PROVIDE A CODE SUMMARY AND ARCHITECTURAL
 QUALITY PLANS, DRAWN TO SCALE. APPLICATION STATES THAT
 A 2' PARTITION WALL IS TO BE INSTALLED, IS THIS THE
 SOFFIT? SOFFIT DETAIL IS NOT CLEAR; OTHER DETAILS MAY
 BE NECESSARY (SUCH AS ELEVATION, SECTION, PLAN, TO
 SCALE WITH ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED TO SHOW PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION). PROVIDE PLANS WHICH CLEARLY SHOW SCOPE
 OF WORK AND WHICH DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE.
