 NEC, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1.AND FOUND
 NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1} PLEASE NOTE AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 SCOPE OF WORK PURPOSED. 105.1 FBC AS AMENDED. AN
 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR MUST REMOVE ALL WIRING IN
 AFFECTED AREAS FOR DEMOLITION AND MAKE SAFE SAME. ALL
 TEMPORARY WIRING FOR THIS DEMOLITION SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ARTICLE 590 NEC.
  
 2} THE DESCRIPTION ON THE APPLICATION INDICATES
 ELECTRICAL WORK TO BE DONE UNDER THIS PERMIT BUT NO
 ELECTRICAL PLANS WERE SUBMITTED. SUBMIT PLANS
 INDICATING THE SCOPE OF WORK, OR REMOVE THE ELECTRICAL
 WORK FROM THE APPLICATION. 106.1 FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 3} THE 2008 NEC WAS ADOPTED BY THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE
 EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2009. THE APPLICATION FOR THIS
 PROJECT WAS AFTER THAT DATE AND THE PLANS ARE SUBJECT
 TO THAT CODE. PLEASE CHANGE ALL NOTES TO REFLECT THIS
