 REQUIREMENT FOR INCREASED ROOF UPLIFT DESIGN LOADS. THE
 CODE CIRCLED STATES THAT "EXPOSURE C SHALL APPLY FOR
 ALL CASES WHERE EXPOSURE B DOES NOT APPLY"; PLEASE SHOW
 HOW EXPOSURE B APPLIES TO THIS JOB BASED ON THE
 DEFINITION. THE RATIONALE FOR EXPOSURE B IS TO BE
 PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER.
