 2) THE BUILDING CODE SPECIFIED ON SHEET AO IS
 INCORRECT. THE 2007 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WITH 2009
 REVISIONS IS THE APPLICABLE CODE.
  
 3) THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION SPECIFIED IS INCORRECT. THIS
 IS A LEVEL 2 ALTERATION PER FBC EXISTING BUILDING 404.1
  
 4) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS THAT WERE SUBMITTED
 HAVE BEEN CHANGED BY THE 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007
 FBC. THE NEW FORM IS 1100B-08.
  
 5) SPECIFY THE INSULATION AT THE WALL BETWEEN THE
 STORAGE AREA AND THE CONDITIONED SPACE ON THE THE
 PLANS. FBC CHAPTER 13
  
 6) SPECIFY THE INSULATION FOR THE UNDER FLOOR SPACE ON
 THE PLANS. FBC CHAPTER 13
  
 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R 408.2 FOR UNDER FLOOR
 VENTILATION OR R408.3 FOR UNVENTED CRAWL SPACE AND FBC
 R 408.4 FOR UNDER FLOOR ACCESS.
  
 8) THE WINDOW BUCK DETAIL ON SHEET S1 DOES NOT SPECIFY
 THE SPACING FOR THE FASTENERS. PLEASE SPECIFY SPACING
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 9) THE VALUE OF THE WORK ON THE APPLICATION IS TOO LOW.
 THE VALUE OF WORK IS TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIAL,
 DESIGN COSTS, SUB-CONTRACTORS, PROFIT AND OVERHEAD AS
 WOULD BE CHARGED BY A CONTRACTOR FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK
 BEING PROPOSED. PLEASE ADJUST THE VALUE TO REFLECT ALL
