 2) THE ELEVATION PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, YET THE MECHANICAL STRUCTURAL
 PLANS SHOW A NUMBER OF NEW PLATFORMS FOR CHILLERS AND
 CONDENSERS ON THE ROOF. NMUD REGULATION SECTION
 94-213(D)(15) REQUIRES THAT MECHANICAL SYSTEMS AND
 SATELLITE AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES SHALL BE SCREENED
 FROM VIEW BY LANDSCAPING OR BUILT ELEMENTS DESIGNED AS
 AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE BUILDING ARCHITECTURE. ZONING
 STAFF WILL NOT APPROVE THESE PLANS UNTIL THIS
 REQUIREMENT IS MET AND THE PLANS, BOTH ARCHITECTURAL
 AND STRUCTURAL, HAVE BEEN UPDATED TO SHOW THE ACTUAL
 CONDITIONS MEETING CODE.
