 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 SHOW THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATION WHICH IS THE DIFFERENCE
 BETWEEN THE TOTAL LOT AREA AND THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF THE STRUCTURE. INCLUDE THE XERISCAPE TABULATIONS FOR
 SINGLE FAMILY.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: SUBMIT A COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES
 THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR,
 BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D)(2),
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN THE ITEMS LISTED IN
 THIS SECTION. A PLANT LIST WITH THE PROPOSED PLANT
 NAMES, QUANTITY, SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE ADDED TO THE
 PLAN.
  
 4. ALL EXISTING TREES AND PLANT MATERIAL TO REMAIN
 SHALL BE FLORIDA #1 GRADE OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE
 REQUIRED. SHOULD THE TREES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT,
 THEN THEY CAN BE CORRECTIVELY PRUNED BY A CERTIFIED
 ARBORIST, IF THAT PROCESS WILL BRING THEM INTO
 COMPLIANCE. ALL LAWN AREAS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 SHALL BE WEED FREE AND IN GOOD CONDITION OR THE SOD
 WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: APPLY FOR AN IRRIGATION PERMIT IF A
 NEW SYSTEM IS BEING INSTALLED OR AN EXISTING SYSTEM IS
 BEING MODIFIED. THE IRRIGATION SYTEM SHALL PROVIDE
 COVERAGE TO THE ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHOUT SPRAYING
 OVER AND PAVED AREA AND SHALL CONTAIN A RAIN SENSOR.
