 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT IS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED IS FOR AN ADDITION TO INCREASE THE SIZE
 OF THE BATHROOM. THE PERMIT TYPE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO
 ADDITION SO THAT THE APPROPRIATE SUB-PERMITS, REVIEWS,
 AND INSPECTIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED.
  
 2) THE VALUE OF THE WORK LISTED ON THE APPLICATION FORM
 IS TOO LOW. IT SHOULD BE INCREASED TO A MINIMUM OF
 $3500.00 PER CURRENT ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA.
  
 3) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE WINDSPEED AND WINDLOAD DESIGN
 INFORMATION ON THE PLANS. FBC R301.2.1
  
 5) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF
 SHINGLES, WINDOW AND IMPACT PROTECTION (STORM PANELS).
 FAC RULE 9B-72.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE SIZE AND TYPE (SINGLE HUNG, ETC.) OF THE
 BATHROOM WINDOW ON THE PLANS. THE BATHROOM WINDOW IS
 REQUIRED HAVE SAFETY GLAZING BY FBC R308.4.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE WALL AND CEILING INSULATION R-VALUES ON
 THE PLANS AS REQUIRED BY FBC R N1100.B
  
 8) SPECIFY THE TERMITE PROTECTION REQUIRED BY R320 ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE SIZE OF THE FOOTING, MINIMUM DEPTH AND
 THE NUMBER AND SIZE OF THE STEEL REINFORCING BARS ON

 10) SPECIFY THE THICKNESS OF THE CONCRETE SLAB AND THE
 REQUIRED VAPOR RETARDER ON THE PLANS. SEE FBC R 506.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE SIZE OF WOOD HEADER ABOVE THE WINDOW.

 BEAM AT THE TOP OF THE MASONRY KNEE-WALL. R609.2

 14) SPECIFY THE ANCHORS AND SPACING FOR THE CONNECTION

 18) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.3 WHICH REQUIRES A
