 BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 SEE DRAWING 1 OF THE CURRENT MIAMIDADE NOA (THE ONE
 PROVIDED IS EXPIRED), AN 18X48 WINDOW REQUIRES 8
 ANCHORS AT EACH JAM INCLUDING 2 AT THE MEETING RAIL.
 PRIOR TO INSPECTION, TO AVOID REINSPECTION FEES, PLEASE
 CONFIRM THAT WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE INSTALLED IN

 FAC9B72. THE NOA SUBMITTED FOR THE WINDOW IS EXPIRED
 (3/17/2003), SO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FAC9B72. A PRODUCT
 APPROVAL IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR THE DOOR.
  
 2. PROVIDE A REASONABLE VALUE FOR THIS JOB.
  
 3. REVISE PERMIT APPLICATION TO DESCRIBE THE PROJECT.
 THIS SHOULD INCLUDE NUMBER OF WINDOWS, DOORS, FRAMING
 IF APPLICABLE, ETC.
  
 4. PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH SHOWS WORK PROPOSED. SEE
 FBC*106, PLANS ARE TO BE ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY. THE
 PLANS SHOULD INCLUDE:
  
 A STRUCTURAL DETAIL FOR THE NEW OPENING (DOOR)
 A PLAN WHICH SHOWS ROOM DESIGNATIONS FOR WINDOWS BEING
 REPLACED, INFORMATION REGARDING THE "EXISTING" WINDOWS
 (WINDOWS THAT WERE REPLACED, AS IN THIS CASE WINDOWS
 WERE REPLACED PRIOR TO PERMITTING) FOR BEDROOMS, FBC
 EXISTING BUILDING 604.1, FBC R310
  
 5. THE PHOTOGRAPH PROVIDED STATES THAT FIVE FASTENERS
 PER JAMB WERE INSTALLED, BUT THE PHOTO SHOWS THREE.
 THIS COMMENT DOES NOT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED (INSPECTION
 ISSUE, ADVISORY ONLY), BUT PLEASE REMOVE INFORMATION
 WHICH APPEARS TO SHOW NON-COMPLIANCE. ALSO NOTE THAT
 THE JAMB FASTENER AT THE SILL MAY BE TOO CLOSE TO THE
 CORNER, MAY CAUSE CRACKING OF IMPACT GLASS (ALSO
 ADVISORY ONLY, INSPECTION ISSUE).
  
 6. THIS PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO FOR A
 REVISION FOR THE WALL DETAIL (BEFORE FIRST INSPECTION)
 IF OTHER ITEMS ARE ADDRESSED.
  
 7. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY CHARLES GOODSON IS LISTED AS
 CONTRACTOR, WITH NO LICENSE NUMBER, OWNER HAS SIGNED
 APPLICATION. CHARLES GOODSON IS A CONCRETE CONTRACTOR,
 NOT LICENSED TO PERFORM THIS SCOPE OF WORK.
