 DOESN'T MATCH SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE PLANS
 SUBMITTED. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 2- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW.
 SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. NEED TO UPDATE VALUE
 THAT REFLECTS ALL SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDING ALL PLUMBING,
 ROOFING, BUILDING AND ELECTRICAL WORK SHOWN ON PLANS.
 PERMIT FEES WILL BE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) STORM SHUTTERS TO BE INSTALLED. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. IN ADDITION
 CLEARLY MARK ON STORM SHUTTERS DRAWINGS SPECIFIC
 SHUTTERS MOUNTING CONDITIONS (EX: WALL MOUNTED, BUILT
 OUT, ETC) AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE
 USED ACCORDING TO THE OPENING DESIGN PRESSURES,
 SHUTTERS PANEL SPAN, CONNECTION TYPE, EDGE DISTANCE AND
 STRUCTURE TO BE ATTACHED TO (EX: WOOD FRAMED, CONCRETE
 BLOCK, ETC).
  
 B) ROOF SHINGLES.
  
 4- CLARIFY WHY THERE IS AN APPLICATION TO DEMOLISH
 ENTIRE HOUSE. PERMIT #09070013. IS THIS HOUSE GOING TO
