 LOCATION TO USE FOR THESE STRUCTURES WAS THE SECONDARY
 ADDRESS OF 6153 N JOG RD (ONE-STORY CBS BUILDING), NOT
 THE SECONDARY ADDRESS OF 6161 N JOG RD (HOUSE HAZARDOUS
 WASTE FACILITY). BESIDES THE FOUR STORAGE STRUCTURES
 BEING SITUATED CLOSER TO THE 6153 N JOG RD, I CONFIRMED
 IT WITH DEWEY IN THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE FED
 ELECTRICALLY FROM THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION. IN THE
 PROCESS, I HAVE ADJUSTED THE ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT APPLICATION FROM 6161 TO 6153 N JOG RD. IN
 COMMUNITYPLUS UNDER PCN# 74424234000001010, I HAVE ALSO
 MOVED IT TO BE CORRECTLY REFERENCED TO 6153 N JOG RD. I
 CALLED THE ARCHITECT, ALBERTO ZUNIGA TO INFORM HIM OF
 THE CORRECT ADDRESS TOO. I WILL BE RETURNING ALL OF THE
 ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS BACK TO THE C19 BOX SHORTLY.

 THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH
 INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
 SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 .
