 1- FLAT ROOF NOA 07-1203.01 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY
 MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. SEE ATTACHED COPY FROM MIAMI-DADE
 COUNTY WEBSITE. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT NOA AND CLEARLY
 MARK SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND BASE SHEET
 FASTENING OPTION TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE NAIL ENHANCING CALCULATIONS (RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS) AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS REQUIRED
 BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON NOA SUBMITTED TO RESIST THE
 UPLIFT LOADS OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 3- NAIL ENHANCING CALCULATIONS (RAS 117 CALCULATIONS)
 NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT ACCORDING
 TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON
 EXPOSURE "C".
  
 4- PERMIT VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. THEREFORE OWES $73.11 FOR UPDATED PERMIT
 VALUATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
