  CLEAN OUT REQUIRED WHERE THE LATERAL LEAVES THE
 BATHROOM. DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF RUN
  FROM THE BATHROOM TO THE MANHOLE TO BE TIED TO THE
 LATERAL NEEDS TO HAVE CLEAN-OUTS INSTALLED
  A MINIMUM OF EVERY 100' AND AT EVERY BEND.
 MY NOTE ON THE PLANS TO INSTALL THE CONTROL PANEL FOR
 THE LIFT STATION ON THE WALL OF THE BATHROOM IS NO
 LONGER VALID.
 MY NOTE ON THE WATER SERVICE TO THE LIFT STATION IS

 SHOULD BE BUILT UP AT LEAST 6" FROM THE SURROUNDING
 ELEVATIONS AND THE EXISTING ELEVATIONS SHOULD BE GRADED
 AWAY FROM THE SHELTER.
 YOU HAVE A NOTE FOR THE CONCRETE BASE FOR EMERGENCY
 PHONE, WHERE IS THE DETAIL, IT NEEDS TO BE ON THE SAME
 SHEET.
 THE DETAIL FOR THE 6" SQUARE PINE POSTS FOR THE SHELTER
 HAVE NO DEPTH ON THEM. THE CONCRETE IS TO BE 3.5' DEEP,
 BUT HOW MUCH CONCRETE IS UNDER THE POSTS?
 ARE THE 6" SQUARE PINE POSTS TO BE PRESSURE TREATED?
