 1- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.

 2- ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA 06-0526.08. MARK HOW
 IS THE TILE GOING TO BE FASTENED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE UPLIFT PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. (NOTE: BUILDING IS LOCATED ON
 EXPOSURE "C").
 IF USING POLYFOAM OR ANY OTHER ADHESIVE, THEN PROVIDE
 CORRESPONDING PRODUCT APPROVAL. AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE

 B) MARK BASE SHEET SPECIFIC FASTENING OPTION ON
 SELECTED APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SECTION R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 C) PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7. (NOTE: ASSEMBLIES THAT ARE LIMITED BY
 GENERAL LIMITATION #9 MAY NO BE GOOD IN THIS AREA
 BECAUSE THEY DON'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THIS
 AREA).
 NOTE: ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS TO 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE

 D) PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS MISSING PAGE 38, WHICH

 REQUIRES THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS TO BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED, THEN NEED TO PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED
 CALCULATIONS. IF THE CALCULATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO
 BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN CONTRACTOR MAY SUBMIT
 CALCULATIONS OR PRESCRIPTIVE METHOD WITHOUT HAVING TO
 BE SIGNED AND SEALED.
  
 4- PERMIT VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. VALUATION WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. OWES $147.07 FOR UPDATED
