 NEC, NFPA-72 2002, NFPA-101 2003, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED,
 CHAPTER 1.AND FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1} THE VALUE ON THE APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE THE TOTAL
 COST OF LABOR AND MATERIAL FOR THE GENERATOR,
 EQUIPMENT(TRANSFER SWITCHES, PANELS ETC.), AND PAD PER
 108.3 FBC AS AMENDED.
 INCREASE THE VALUE AT THE COUNTER WHEN RESUBMITTING,
 AND GET A RECEIPT FROM THE PERMIT CLERK.
  
 2} PROVIDE A RISER DIAGRAM PER 215.5 INCLUDING
 GENERATOR AND RELATED EQUIPMENT.
