 FACADE. THE MAXIMUM SIGN SIZE IS DETERMINED BY THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE FACADE AND WITHOUT THAT
 CALCULATION, I CANNOT DETERMINE COMPLAINCE.
  
 B. PROVIDE THE LINEAR FOOTAGE OF THE FRONTAGE THE
 PROPERTY HAS ALONG 45TH STREET. THE MAXIMUM MONUMENT
 SIZE IS EQUAL TO THIS NUMBER, WITHOUT IT, I CANNOT
 DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
  
 2. IS THE WALL FOR THE MONUMENT SIGN ALREADY
 CONSTRUCTED OR UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT? IF NOT, PLEASE
 PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE SIGN. NOTE
