 REVIEW UNDER 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- PERMIT FEES NEED TO BE PAID AT TIME OF PERMIT
 APPLICATION. FEES WERE NOT PAID. IN ADDITION VALUATION
 DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW.
 VALUATION WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. OWES $4,456.66. THIS INCLUDES
 UPDATED PERMIT VALUATION, RADON FEES AND THE FEES THAT
 WERE NOT PAID AT TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BY THE ENGINEER, BRING THEM
 TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD (561)233-5120) TO
 CHECK IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.4
 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 4- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 13-600 FBC 2007. NOTE: MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS

 5- SPECIFY ATTIC SIZE AND LOCATION. SEC. R807 OF 2007

 6- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
