 THIS IS TO BE A LINTAL, ACOMBINATION LINTEL AND BOND
 BEAM OR A BEAM WITH REBAR AND STIRRUPS. THE PLANS DO
 NOT INDICATE CHIPPING BACK INTO THE EXISTING CORNER TO
