 UNLESS APPRROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED. THE EXISTING
 CHAINLINK FENCE THAT SURROUNDS THE AIR CONDITIONING
 UNITS SHALL BE CHANGED TO A SOLID WOOD FENCE OR OTHER
 OPAQUE,VISION OBSCURING MATERIAL. SIMILAR SCREENING
 SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED TO SCREEN THE HOT WATER TANK AND
 CAN WASH.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C)(2), VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES AND
 RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRCTS BY A LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF
 AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH. SHADE TREES SHALL BE
 PLANTED AT 30 -FOOT INTERVALS. THIS APPLIES TO THE
 NORTH AND WEST SIDES OF THE SITE. BECAUSE ONLY 3 FEET
 HAS BEEN PROVIDED ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE
 PARKING LOT, THE PARKING STALLS CAN BE REDUCED TO 16
 FEET WITH A TWO FOOT OVERHANG. INSTEAD OF USING CAR
 STOPS, THE CURBING IS INSTALLED AT THE HEAD OF THE
 STALL. ONLY SOD OR MULCH CAN BE INSTALLED IN THE
 VEHICLE OVERHANG AREA BUT ADDITIONAL GREEN AREA IS
 AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOTS OF THE HEDGE AND TREES.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C), PALM TREES MAY BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE SHADE
 OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE. WHEN PALM
 TREES ARE SUSTITUTED FOR SHADE TREES, TWO PALM TREES
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH REQUIRED SHADE TREE. BECAUSE
 ONLY TWO TREES ARE REQUIRED, NEITHER OF THEM CAN BE
 PALMS.. WHEN SELECTING THE TREE SPECIES, YOU WILL NEED
 TO ADHERE TO THE PRINCIPLES SETFORTH BY FPL'S 'PLANT
 THE RIGHT TREE IN THE RIGHT PLACE' WHICH REGULATES WHAT
 TREES CAN BE PLANTED NEAR OF UNDER OVERHEAD POWER
 LINES. PERHAPS DAHOON HOLLY, EAST PALATKA HOLLY, SILVER
 BUTTOWOOD OR GEIGER TREES COULD BE CONSIDERED.
  
 4. THE APPLICANT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO INSTALL THE
 MISSING GREEN ISLAND FICUS IN THE LANDSCAPE NODE ON
 10TH STREET.
  
 5. AN IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE APPLY FOR
 PERMIT AND SUBMIT IRRIGATION PLAN.
  
 6. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
