 REVIEW UNDER 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2008
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- A) PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR STORM
 SHUTTERS AS REQUIRED BY CITY IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD
 FOR WIND-BORNE DEBRIS IMPACT PROTECTION. SEE ATTACHED
 SAMPLE.
  
 B) CLEARLY MARK ON PRODUCT APPROVAL SPECIFIC MOUNTING
 CONDITIONS (EG: WALL MOUNTED, BUILT OUT, CEILING
 MOUNTED, ETC) AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TO BE USED ACCORDING
 TO THE DESIGN PRESSURES, EDGE DISTANCE, CONNECTION
 TYPE, PANEL SPAN SUBSTRATE TO BE ATTACHED TO (EG:
 CONCRETE, CONCRETE BLOCK, WOOD, ETC).
 ***NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT CONCRETE
 SUBSTRATE REQUIRES SPECIFIC CONCRETE STRENGTH. USE
 CONCRETE BLOCK TABLES FOR ANCHOR SPACING WHEN CONCRETE
 BLOCK FILLED CELLS IS THE SUBSTRATE TO RECEIVE THE
 PANELS. OTHERWISE PROVIDE PROOF OF REQUIRED CONCRETE
 STRENGTH.
  
 2- FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL5389 FOR STORM PANELS
 SUBMITTED IS FOR 2004 CODE VERSION. NEED TO SUBMIT
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR 2007 CODE VERSION WHICH IS THE
 CURRENT CODE IN EFFECT.
