 6) THE DESIGN CRITERIA FOR THE GUEST HOUSE ON S-8 AND
 S-10 SPECIFIES EXPOSURE CATEGORY B. THE DESIGN CRITERIA
 FOR THE MAIN HOUSE IS SPECIFIED AS EXPOSURE CATEGORY C.
 ACCORDING TO SECTION R301.2.1.4.3 OF THE REVISIONS TO
