 1. SHT A-1 CODE TABULATION INDICATES THE PLANS WERE
 DESIGNED UNDER THE FBC-2004 VERSION. THE CODE ADOPTED
 SINCE MARCH 1, 2009 IS THE FBC-2007 W/2009 CODE. PLEASE
 CHANGE REFERENCE AND DESIGN TO REFLECT NEW CODE.
  
 2. INDICATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION PER CHAPTER 4 OF
 THE EXISTING BUILDING CODE & SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 3. SHTS A-2 & MP INDICATES 1/4" PER FT SCALE. THE
 OPENING FOR THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE A MINIMUM 30
 INCHES PER SECTION P2705.1(5). THE PLANS SCALE OUT LESS
 THAN THE REQUIRED 30 INCHES. PLEASE INDICATE THE
 OPENING SIZE FOR THE WATER CLOSET AND MAKE SURE THE
 OPENING SCALES OUT CORRECTLY.
  
 4. SHT MP THE TUB DOWNSTREAM OF THE WATER CLOSET IS NOT
 VENTED AS SHOWN. SECTION 901.2.1. A VENT IS REQUIRED
 BETWEEN THE W/C AND THE TUB.
  
 5. THE PLANS INDICATE THE WASH MACHINE HAS BEEN
 RELOCATED. PLEASE INDICATE WITH A SANITARY ISOMETRIC
 RISER DIAGRAM HOW THE PIPING TO THE WASH MACHINE WILL
 BE RUN AND INDICATE ALL PIPE SIZES. SECTION
 106.3.5.1.3.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
