 2. SCREENING IS REQUIRED WITHIN THE 10' BUFFER ALONG
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY ABUTTING 23RD STREET.
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-443(A):
 NONRESIDENTIAL AND MULTIFAMILY SCREENING AND BUFFERING
 REQUIREMENTS. BUFFERING OF NONRESIDENTIAL USES ADJACENT
 TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. THE OWNER OF PROPERTY USED FOR
 NONRESIDENTIAL PURPOSES LOCATED ADJACENT TO A
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT SHALL INSTALL AND MAINTAIN
 ALONG THE ENTIRE PROPERTY LINE A PROTECTIVE SCREEN WALL
 AND A LANDSCAPED BUFFER. PROTECTIVE SCREEN WALLS AND
 BUFFERS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET OR EXCEED THE
 SPECIFICATIONS OF THIS SECTION. THE PROPERTY OWNER OF
 THE NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAY HAVE THE REQUIRED
 PROTECTIVE SCREEN WALL WAIVED IF A NOTARIAL WAIVER IS
 DULY SIGNED UNDER SEAL BY ALL ABUTTING LANDOWNERS
 WAIVING OBJECTION TO THE EXISTENCE OF AN UNWALLED
 NONRESIDENTIAL USE.
  
 3. INDICATE ON PLANS THE NUMBER OF STRANDS USED OF
 BARBED WIRE. NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION
 94-302(C)(2): BARBED WIRE PERMITTED. NO MORE THAN THREE
 STRANDS OF BARBED WIRE MAY BE USED AT THE TOP OF A
 FENCE OR WALL. THE STRANDS MUST BE LOCATED AT LEAST SIX
 FEET ABOVE GRADE OR MOUNTED VERTICALLY OR AT AN ANGLE
 PROJECTING INTERIOR TO THE PROPERTY AND MUST NOT
 ENCROACH BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE.
