 1) THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE GENERATOR TO SCALE AND
 INCLUDE DIMENSIONS AND SETBACKS FROM THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY LINE, THE WALL, THE LANDSCAPE AND THE PARKING
 AREA.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED GENERATOR LOCATION IS ADJACENT TO A
 HANDICAP PARKING SPACE. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO VERIFY
 THAT THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE BUILDING IS BEING
 MAINTAINED.
  
 3) GENERATORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED WITH AN
 OPAQUE WALL OR FENCE AND LANDSCAPE HEDGE. A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 WALL/FENCE AND HEDGE.
  
 4) THE GENERATOR PERMIT WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL THE
 WALL/FENCE AND HEDGE PERMIT IS APPROVED. THE GENERATOR
 WILL NOT RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION UNTIL THE
 WALL/FENCE AND HEDGE ARE INSTALLED.
  
 5) THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE TO THE EAST OF THE PROPOSED
 GENERATOR SHALL NOT BE REMOVED.
