 AN ADDRESSING ISSUE FOR THE WPB WASTEWATER TREATMENT
 PLANT BECAUSE ACCESS DOES NOT OCCUR OFF N HAVERHILL RD,
 BUT INSTEAD EASLEY DR (THERE WILL BE AN ATTEMPT MADE BY
 ME TO EVENTUALLY TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH OUR
 CITY'S WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT.). HOWEVER, THAT ISSUE
 WILL BE A WORK IN PROGRESS THAT DOES NOT PARTICULARLY
 APPLY TO THIS PERMIT. FROM MY OBSERVATION OF THE SITE
 PLANS, THE AREA OF ALTERATION ACTUALLY TAKES PLACE ON
 THE PARCEL TO THE SOUTH, PCN# 74424311010350000 WITH A
 GENERAL PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 4335 EASLEY DR (WHICH MY
 PREDECESSOR, LILI ISSUED BACK ON 8-25-2006). FOR THE
 RECORD, I NEVER ISSUED ANY ADDRESSES BACK IN EARLY
 APRIL, I SIMPLY "VERIFIED" EXISTING ADDRESSES & PARCELS
 THAT WE CURRENTLY HAD ON FILE IN OUR DATABASES FOR A
 CITIZEN, PETER GILSTAD. IT JUST TURNED OUT THAT 4335
 EASLEY DR ON 74424311010350000 WAS APPROPRIATELY VALID
 TO BE USED FOR THIS PARTICULAR PERMIT. IN

 LANDSCAPE PLANS, DO NOT MATCH WHAT WAS APPROVED BY THE
 CITY COMMISSION AS PART OF THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE
 PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS COMMENT IF
 MODIFICATIONS ARE BEING MADE FROM WHAT WAS APPROVED.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE APPROVED TREE

 PAVING/GRADING/DRAINAGE PLANS SURROUNDING THE RECLAIMED
 WATER PUMP STATION?...ARE THESE BOLLARDS?).
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF ALL
 FACILITIES/STRUCTURES, AS WELL AS LABEL AND NOTE THE
 HEIGHT OF ALL APPURTENANCES ON TOP OF ALL OF THE
 FACILITIES.
