 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DESIGNATES THE
 ALLOWED SIGN AREA AS CENTERED ABOVE THE ARCH ON THIS
 FA??ADE. THE RENDERING SHOWS THE SIGN CENTERED ON THE
 COLUMN.
  
 3) THE RENDERING SHOWS THE SIGN AS 3' TALL WHILE THE
 DETAIL SHOWS THE SIGN AT 3' 1 5/8 INCHES TALL. THESE
 SHALL SHOW THE SAME CONDITION.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS SIGN TEXT TO A
 MAXIMUM OF 12 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED
 "FRANCESCA'S" TEXT HEIGHT IS SHOWN AS 23 1/2 INCHES.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES SIGN TEXT TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF 8 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED
 "COLLECTIONS" TEXT HEIGHT IS SHOWN AS 8 INCHES.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THE BLADE SIGN. NOTE: THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT BLADE SIGNS
 SHALL NOT BE WITHIN 6 INCHES OF A NEUTRAL PIER. PLEASE
 SHOW THE DIMENSION TO VERIFY THIS ON THE PLANS.
  
 7) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN LIMITS THE SIZE OF
 THE BLADE SIGN PANEL TO 18" X 18". THE PROPOSED SIGN IS
