 NEC, NFPA-72 2002, NFPA-101 2006, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED,
 CHAPTER 1.AND FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1} REGARDING NOTE #2 SHEET E-1 THE FOLLOWING IS
 REQUIRED- 700.8 (A) EMERGENCY SOURCES A SIGN SHALL BE
 PLACED AT THE SERVICE ENTRANCE EQUIPMENT, INDICATING
 TYPE AND LOCATION OF ON-SITE EMERGENCY POWER SOURCES.
 NOTE THE SAME ON THE PLAN.
  
 2} THE EXISTING BONDING CONDUCTOR BETWEEN THE METER AND
 THE SERVICE DISCONNECT SHOWN ON THE ONE LINE DIAGRAM,
 SHEET E-1, PARALLELS THE GROUNDED CONDUCTOR (NEUTRAL)
 AND CREATES A PARALLEL PATH IN VIOLATION OF 250.6 (B).
 THE BOND WOULD BE ALLOWED IF THE NEUTRAL IS ISOLATED
 FROM THE METER ENCLOSURE. VERIFY CONNECTIONS. ALTHOUGH
 THE SERVICE IS SHOWN AS EXISTING, THIS VIOLATION MUST
 BE CORRECTED AS IT IS A LIFE SAFETY ISSUE. THERE IS A
 POTENTIAL OF ENERGIZING ALL METAL PARTS AND EQUIPMENT
 THE EQUIPMENT GROUNDS ARE CONNECTED TO.
  
  
 3} THE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS ON E-1
 REFERENCE THE 2006 REVISIONS TO THE FBC, THE 2007 ARE
 IN EFFECT AS OF 7/1/07. ALSO THE 2006 VERSION OF
 NFPA-101 HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL AS
 OF 1/1/09, CORRECT REFERENCES.
  
 4} PROVIDE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 GENERATOR AND ATS. 106.1 FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 5} SHEET E-2 GROUNDING PLAN DETAIL STATES THAT THE
 PROPOSED GENERATOR IS 60 KW. CORRELATE WITH SHEET E-1.
  
 6} THE GENERAL GROUNDING NOTES, SHEET E-2, NOTE #5,
 INDICATES THE SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED BY THE
 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER PRIOR TO BACKFILL. IT SHOULD ALSO
 BE NOTED THAT AN INSPECTION BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR IS ALSO REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 BACKFILL.
  
 7} PROVIDE A PANEL SCHEDULES FOR ALL PANELS BEING FED
