 WITH THE 2007 REVISIONS, THE DRAWINGS STATE THE 2007
 FBC. THE ZONING REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE ADDRESSED BEFORE
 A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN SHALL BE
 DESIGN ACCORDING TO ASCE 7-02. THIS INFORMATION SHALL
 BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS. 1603.1.4.

 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE SIGN OFF ARE ILLEGIBLE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A CLEAN VERSION OF THESE DRAWINGS. THE
 CLEAN VERSIONS DO NOT NEED TO BE RESIGNED IF THE SIGNED
 VERSIONS ARE MAINTAINED.
  
 2) THE NORTHPOINT ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE SIGN
 OFF DRAWINGS SHOW A SIGN A AND A SIGN B. THE PERMIT IS
 ONLY FOR ONE SIGN. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE "BELLSOUTH" SIGN
 TO BE REMOVED. IF THE BELLSOUTH SIGN CONTAINS LESS THAN
 60 SQ FT OF AREA (NEW SIGN SIZE), THEN THE SIZES OF ALL
 EXISTING SIGNS ON THIS FACADE OF THE BUILDING ARE
 REQUIRED.
