 1} INDICATE IF THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHOWN ON THE PLAN
 IS NEW OR EXISTING. IF NEW INCLUDE IN THE DESCRIPTION
 ON THE APPLICATION, PROVIDE AN AIC RATING PER 110.9 &
 10.
  
 2} PROVIDE LOAD CALCULATIONS PER ARTICLE 220 PART III,
 STANDARD OR PART IV OPTIONAL, INDICATE METHOD USED. THE
 CALCULATED LOAD SHOULD INCLUDE THE TOTAL CALCULATED

 CONDUCTOR(S) SHALL BE RUN TO EACH SERVICE DISCONNECTING
 MEANS AND SHALL BE BONDED TO EACH DISCONNECTING MEANS
 ENCLOSURE. THE GROUNDED CONDUCTOR(S) SHALL BE INSTALLED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 250.24(C)(1) THROUGH (C)(3).

 LOADS WITHIN THAT DWELLING UNIT OR LOADS ASSOCIATED
 ONLY WITH THAT DWELLING UNIT. BRANCH CIRCUITS REQUIRED
 FOR THE PURPOSE OF LIGHTING, CENTRAL ALARM, SIGNAL,
 COMMUNICATIONS, OR OTHER NEEDS FOR PUBLIC OR COMMON
