 WILL RELY ENTIRELY ON THE NEW PORTION, AND WILL NOT BE
 DISTRIBUTED TO THE EXISTING PORTION. IF THIS IS
 ACCEPTABLE, PLANS CAN BE RESUBMITTED "AS IS", ISSUED AT
 CONTRACTOR'S RISK THAT AN ENGINEER'S ANALYSIS OF
 EXISITNG CONDITIONS WILL BE REQUIRED WITH THE FUTURE
 SCREEN ENCLOSURE PERMIT.
