 1. SUBMIT AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION
 OF THE PLUMBING FIXTURES. SECTIONS 106.1.1 & 106.1.2.
 IF PLANS ARE NOT FROM A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, THEN THE
 PRINTED NAME & SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON DRAWING THE
 PLANS AS WELL AS THE DATE DRAWN SHALL BE INDICATED ON
 THE PLANS.
  
 2. SUBMIT A NEW FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE
 W/C, THE LAV AND THE WASH MACHINE CONNECTIONS. SECTIONS
 106.1.1 & 106.1.2. IF PLANS ARE NOT FROM A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL, THEN THE PRINTED NAME & SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON DRAWING THE PLANS AS WELL AS THE DATE DRAWN
 SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 3. SUBMIT A SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM SHOWING ALL PIPE
 SIZES, VENTS & TRAPS PER SECTIONS 704, 904, 905, 1002.
 SECTION 106.3.5.1.3. IF PLANS ARE NOT FROM A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL, THEN THE PRINTED NAME & SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON DRAWING THE PLANS AS WELL AS THE DATE DRAWN
 SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 4. 104.6.5 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF
 IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, AL-
 TERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED, UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED ESTIMATES
 AND/OR BONA FIDED SIGNED CONTRACTS (EX-
 CLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL
 OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION FOR BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE FOUND IN MARSHALL AND
 SWIFT OR THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE
 CONGRESS INTERNATIONAL VALUATION TABLES,
 LATEST EDITION, AND SHALL BE BASED ON
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHAN-
 ICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK
 (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS),
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT, EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
