 LANDCAPE ISLANDS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM INSIDE DIMENSION

 REQUIRED IN EVERY INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE
 PROPOSED WALKWAY THAT CUTS THROUGH AN ISLAND CANNOT BE
 PLACED IN THAT LOCATION. THE TREE WOULD NOT SURVIVE AND
 THE WIDTH OF THE ISLAND WOULD NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS. IT THE TERMINAL ISLAND ADJACENT TO THE
 ACCESS WOULD BE REDUCED IN WIDTH AND THE PARKING STALLS
