2008-11-21 09:20:28AFTER ANALYZING THE SITE PLANS, I NOTICED THAT THIS
 PERMIT WAS BEING APPLIED TO THE WRONG PCN#
 74434322120080010 (THE PBC GOVERNMENTAL CENTER AT 301 N
 OLIVE AVE). UPON FURTHER RESEARCH, I DETERMINED THAT IT
 SHOULD BE ATTACHED INSTEAD TO PCN# 74434322120050010
 (THE VISITORS' PARKING LOT AT 315 3RD ST), WHICH IS THE
 NEXT PARCEL OVER TO THE NORTH OF THE PBC GOVERNMENTAL
 CENTER. SINCE I HAD THE ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION
 THIS TIME, I WENT AHEAD & ALTERED THE LOCATION ON IT
 MYSELF. HOWEVER, SOMEONE ALSO NEEDS TO MAKE THE
 ADJUSTMENT OF ATTACHING THIS PERMIT UNDER THE CORRECT
 PCN# 74434322120050010 (315 3RD ST) IN THE
 COMMUNITYPLUS SYSTEM (AS I DO NOT HAVE ACCESSIBILITY TO
 IMPLEMENT THIS FUNCTION).
