 1721 OKEECHOBEE RD ON IT, BUT WE WERE NOT SURE IF THIS
 ADDRESS WAS VALID (AS RESEARCH AT THE USPS SITE,
 INDICATED THAT THE ADDRESS WAS CURRENTLY NOT IN
 SERVICE). ALTHOUGH PCN# 74434329190010000 LISTS A
 NUMERICAL ADDRESS RANGE FROM 1701 TO 1743 OKEECHOBEE RD
 FOR THE UNITS ATTACHED TO THIS BUILDING, 1721 DOES NOT
 YET EXIST IN OUR GIS DATABASE (CURRENTLY, WE HAVE THE
 FOLLOWING: 1701, 1707, 1711, 1715, 1719, 1723, 1727,
 1731, 1735, 1739 & 1743). DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT DID
 NOT APPEAR IN THE GIS DATABASE, THERE WAS ALREADY AN
 EXISTING RECORD OF 1721 OKEECHOBEE RD AS A UNIT IN
 COMMUNITYPLUS UNDER THIS ABOVE MENTIONED PCN. WE ARE IN
 THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO DETERMINE IF THE SITE PLANS:
 A) CORRECTLY REFERENCES AN EXISTING 1721 ADDRESS THAT
 IS NOT IN OUR DATABASE (AND IS EXPLICITLY LISTED ON THE
 OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING), B) REFERENCES AN INCORRECT
 UNIT (INSTEAD POSSIBLY EXISTING 1715 TO 1723) OR C) IF
 A NEW ADDRESS NEEDS TO BE ISSUED AS 1721. I HAVE CALLED
 BABU OF ABTECH ENGINEERING, INC. TO DETERMINE WHERE
 THEY GOT 1721 FROM & IF IT ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY EXISTS
 AS A NUMERICAL LABEL SOMEWHERE ON THE BUILDING. HE TOLD
 ME THAT HE WAS NOT SURE, AND ALSO SAID THAT HE BELIEVED
 THAT THE AREA BEING ALTERED CONSISTED OF THREE UNITS
 (BUT WAS NOT EXACTLY SURE WHICH THREE NUMERICAL
 ADDRESSES). I GAVE HIM MY CONTACT INFORMATION & HE SAID
 THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK TO CONFIRM MY ADDRESS
 INQUIRIES. I ALSO CALLED SOME OF THE LOCAL BUSINESSES
 OUT THERE AT THAT BUILDING STRUCTURE TO SEE IF 1721 IS
 IN EXISTENCE (LEFT MESSAGES FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK
 TOO). UNTIL I HEAR BACK FROM ONE OF MY CONTACTS WITH AN
 INFORMED RESPONSE, I WILL NOT CHANGE THE STATUS TO PASS
 IN THE MEANTIME AS I WAIT. 11/04/2008 - I CONTACTED DON
 TORRIERO OF NATIONAL RECYCLING SERVICES, INC., WHO HAD
 A BUSINESS LICENSE FROM 08/12/2008 THAT LISTED 1721
 OKEECHOBEE RD AS ITS ADDRESS IN COMMUNITYPLUS. DON
 E-MAILED ME BACK & SAID THAT HE "BELIEVED" 1727
 OKEECHOBEE RD WAS ACTUALLY HIS OFFICIAL BUSINESS
 ADDRESS, AND THAT HE SAW LABELS OF 1719 TO 1727 ON THE
 BUILDING. HE CALLED ME BACK TO CLARIFY THAT 1721 IS
 ACTUALLY LABELED ON THE BACK DOOR. BASICALLY, HE SAID
 THAT THEY TOOK ALL OF THEIR UNITS & MADE THEM INTO ONE.
 I BELIEVE THE AREA OF ALTERATION ON THE SITE PLANS
 CONSISTS OF 1721, 1723 & 1727 OKEECHOBEE RD, BUT STILL
 DO NOT WANT TO ISSUE A THUMBS UP UNTIL I HEAR BACK FROM
 BABU ON THIS MATTER. 11/05/2008 - I ISSUED A NEW
 ADDRESS POINT FOR 1721 OKEECHOBEE RD & INFORMED ALL
 INTERESTED PARTIES THRU A NOTICE VIA E-MAIL. I ALSO
 CALLED BABU TO HOPEFULLY GET THE EXACT UNITS DESCRIBED
 IN THE PLANS. HOWEVER, MY ATTEMPT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, SO
 I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE TO PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.
 11/06/2008 - I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH
 BABU & HE TOLD ME THAT THE SITE PLANS ADDRESS WOULD BE
 CHANGED TO THE OFFICIAL BUSINESS ADDRESS OF THE
 NATIONAL RECYCLING SERVICES, INC. (1727 OKEECHOBEE RD).
 THE AREA OF ALTERATION CONSISTS OF 1721, 1723 & 1727
 OKEECHOBEE RD. THIS PERMIT SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO UNIT
