 REPLACED.

 SUBMITTED SHOWING THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE SURVEY SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED, AND BE LESS
 THAN A YEAR OLD.
  
 7. PER SECTION 94-485(J)(1) OF THE ZLDRS, INGRESS AND
 EGRESS FROM PARKING AND LOADING SPACES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED BY MEANS OF CLEARLY DEFINED DRIVES WHICH LEAD
 FROM PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO CLEARLY DEFINED
 MANEUVERING LANES WHICH IN TURN PROVIDE ACCESS TO
 INDIVIDUAL PARKING OR LOADING SPACES. IN ADDITION, PER
 SECTION 94-485(J), 90 DEGREE PARKING SPACES AND TWO-WAY
 DRIVE AISLES REQUIRE AN AISLE WIDTH OF A MINIMUM OF 24
 FEET. THERE ARE OCCASIONS WHERE THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
 THE EXISTING CONFIGURATION OF THE PARKING FORCES
 DRIVERS TO GO THE WRONG WAY (AGAINST TRAFFIC) TO EXIT
 THE SITE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF VEHICLES PARKED IN THE
 CLUBHOUSE PARKING LOT. THEREFORE, THE ACCESS POINT
 ALONG PLACE PRESIDIO SHALL REMAIN OPENED AS AN EXIT
 POINT.
  
 8. A SITE VISIT COMPLETED ON DECEMBER 2, 2008, SHOWED
 THE FOLLOWING CODE VIOLATIONS:
 A. A NUMBER OF DUMPSTERS WERE LOCATED IN THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. THE DUMPSTERS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM
 ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS. PLEASE CONTACT EMERY FABIAN,
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT, AT (561) 494-1040, FOR
 POSSIBLE LOCATION OPTIONS.
 B. ALL DUMPSTERS SHALL BE ENCLOSED IN A DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE PER SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE ZLDRS.
 C. ALL MISSING TREES AND OTHER LANDSCAPE MATERIALS, IN
 ADDITION TO THE MISSING LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE ISLANDS,
 SHALL BE REPLACED.
 D. ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE FREE FROM REFUSE AND
 DEBRIS AND MAINTAINED PER SECTION 94-446(2) OF THE
 ZLDRS.
