 THE INTERIOR LIGHTING POWER ALLOWANCE FOR A BUILDING OR
 A SEPARATELY METERED OR PERMITTED PORTION OF A BUILDING
 SHALL BE DETERMINED BY EITHER THE BUILDING AREA METHOD
 DESCRIBED IN SECTION 415.2.C.1 OR THE SPACE-BY-SPACE
 METHOD DESCRIBED IN SECTION 415.2.B.1. THE INSTALLED
 INTERIOR LIGHTING POWER IDENTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
