 REVISIONS..
  
 1- REVISE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE:
 A) OPENING SIZE IS NOT CLEAR. EG: WHAT'S 18.8, 8.9 AND
 19.6.
 B) MISSING THE NEGATIVE WALL OPENING PRESSURES. ONLY
 THE POSITIVE PRESSURES WERE SHOWN.
 C) SHUTTER SPAN DOESN'T CORRESPOND TO OPENING SIZE
 SHOWN.
 D) ACCORDION SHUTTERS ARE INSTALLED VERTICALLY, NOT
 HORIZONTALLY. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEE SHEET 1 OF 13.
 E) EDGE DISTANCE IS INCORRECT. THIS APPLIES TO EDGE
 DISTANCE FROM THE OPENING TO THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE
 ANCHOR TO BE USED. SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL PAGE 8 OF 13
 FOR PROPER EDGE DISTANCE CONSIDERATIONS.
 F) REVISE ANCHOR SPACING. SEE SHEET 8 OF 13. ANCHOR
 SPACING IS IN RELATION TO THE DESIGN PRESSURES, EDGE
 DISTANCE, CONNECTION TYPE PANEL SPAN AND STRUCTURE TO
 BE ATTACHED TO.
 G) SIZE OF TAPCON IS TO SMALL. 3/16 TAPCONS ARE NOT
 USED IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL. MARK SPECIFIC TYPE OF
 ANCHOR TO BE USED. SEE SHEET 8 OF 13.
  
 ***NOTE: YOU MAY USE OPENING DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON
 ATTACHED INSTALLATION SCHEDULE OR YOU MAY PROVIDE
 ACTUAL DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING. KEEP IN MIND
 THAT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" WHEN

 CONCRETE, CONCRETE BLOCK OR WOOD). (REPEAT COMMENT.
 ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING WAS NOT MARKED ON DRAWINGS).
  
 3- PERMIT VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
 PERMIT VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS.
 OTHERWISE VALUATION WILL BE ESTIMATED USING THE
 MARSHALL AND SWIFT ESTIMATING BOOK. NEED CORRECT
 OPENING SIZE TO CALCULATE SHUTTERS TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE
 AND DETERMINE THE VALUATION.
  
 4- NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED ONCE UPDATE
 PERMIT VALUATION IS PERFORMED.
