 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN AO FLOOD ZONE, AN
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ENCLOSED
 PORCH.
  
 4)SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY, SHOWING THE
 DISTANCES TO PROPERTY LINES AND SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 R302.1 EXTERIOR WALLS.
 EXTERIOR WALLS SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM)
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE
 RATING WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM
 AN ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL.
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ENCLOSED PORCH. OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE
 FORM. SEE FBC 13-600.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE CEILING INSULATION ON THE PLANS. FBC
 13-600.
  
 7) THE BLOCK WALL LOAD CALCULATIONS STAPLED TO SHEET 3
 OF THE PLANS IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED. FS
 471 AND FBC 106.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN DATA FOR THE ENCLOSED
 PORCH. BASIC WIND SPEED, WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, WIND
 EXPOSURE, ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATION, EXPOSURE CATEGORY
 AND COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES (WINDOWS AND
 DOOR). FBC 1603.1.4 AND R301.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R403.1.4 MINIMUM DEPTH. ALL
 EXTERIOR FOOTINGS SHALL BE PLACED AT LEAST 12 INCHES
 (305 MM) BELOW THE UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE.
  
 10) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R806.1 VENTILATION REQUIRED.
 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE
 CEILINGS ARE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF
 RAFTERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN. VENTILATING OPENINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE MESH, WITH 1/8
 INCH (3.2 MM) MINIMUM TO 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM
 OPENINGS.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE WINDOW TYPE ON THE PLANS, SO THAT THE
 CORRECT PRODUCT APPROVALS CAN BE VERIFIED. DCA RULE
 9B-72 AND FBC R301.2.1.
  
 12)FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 13) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 WINDOWS ARE EXPIRED AND ARE FOR A XOX HORIZONTAL
 SLIDING WINDOW THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON PLANS. SUBMIT A
 CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE WINDOWS THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED. RULE 9B-72
  
 14) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 DOORS ARE EXPIRED AND ARE FOR A SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND
 THE PLANS SPECIFY A DOUBLE OUTSWING FRENCH DOOR. SUBMIT
 A CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE DOOR THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED. RULE 9B-72
  
 15) THE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS FOR
 A NON-IMPACT RATED DOOR. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 STORM PANELS AS REQUIRED BY FBC R301.2.1.2. SPECIFY THE
 MOUNT TYPE, EDGE DISTANCE, GLASS SEPARATION DISTANCE,
